I refer to the government’s Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) initiatives, and I ask : (a) How many properties per month have been registered as a STRA premises during the 2025 calendar year; (b) What is the total number of approved property owners that have accessed the scheme; (c) What is the total number of STRA properties that have received the full $10,000 grant amount since the scheme began; (d) For phase 3 of the STRA incentive scheme, how many applications have been approved per month to December 31, 2025; (e) What is the total cost paid out for the STRA incentive to date, broken down by phases of the scheme; (f) How many properties that claimed the phase 1 or 2 incentive, remain on the long-term rental market; (g) How many applicants have successfully accessed the Vacant Property Rental Initiative (VPRI) scheme since the start of the program; and (h) How many VPRI applicants have had tenancy terminations during the required 12-month tenancy period: (i) How many, if any, of these have not fulfilled the 12-month requirement? And if any, how many have been asked to repay the grant?
