WA COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE - MORAWA
I have a supplementary question. My impression, and I think the impression of most members of this house, is that the property must be purchased on the open market, and it will be very difficult to do that if the minister waits until December. Will the minister advise how the college can proceed to buy a property? Mr N.R. MARLBOROUGH

I cannot give the details of that advice, but I will seek further details on the answer to that question so that the member can be satisfied with the way in which the purchase is proceeding.
