(1) Is the minister aware that prior to the release of the draft Gingin coast structure plan in December 2003, the community advisory group had not met with the project team since August 2000, even though the terms of reference for this project had changed significantly by the removal of the heavy industry component from the draft plan? (2) Does the minister believe that excluding the community advisory group from this vital revamping of the plan was in the spirit of the Premier’s desire to encourage greater participation in community consultation processes as outlined in the foreword to “Consulting Citizens: A Resource Guide”?
