to build an Aboriginal cultural centre in front of the Perth Concert Hall.
(1) Did the Western
Australian Planning Commission or any of its subcommittees consider the
location of the centre?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), has the WAPC
supported the proposed location as the preferred site?
