I refer to the sale by public tender of the former Swanbourne hospital. (1) How was the successful tender chosen? (2) How was the final sale price determined? (2) A reserve derived from valuations was set and satisfied, with the final sale price based on the offer of the successful purchaser. (3) The successful purchaser is required to comply with any specific use nominated for the buildings and to meet redevelopment guidelines prepared in consultation with the Heritage Council; for example, Montgomery Hall is designated for community use.
