I refer to the Minister’s media statement of 10 February
2015 concerning the offer of rebates at 40 land estates across regional Western Australia for
both residential and industrial land, and I ask: (a) what is the location of each estate where the rebate for
the purchase of residential land will be offered; (b) for each estate outlined
in (a): (i) what is the total amount
of residential lots eligible for a rebate under the scheme; (ii) how many purchases have
been made as at 21 April 2015 for which the purchaser will be eligible for a
rebate; and (iii) what is the amount of the
rebate for each purchase as at 21 April 2015; (c) what is the location of each estate where the rebate for
the purchase of industrial land will be offered; and (d) for each estate outlined
in (c): (i) what is the total amount
of industrial lots eligible for a rebate under the scheme; (ii) how many purchases have
been made as at 21 April 2015 for which the purchaser will be eligible for a
