I refer to the announced changes to the Government’s procurement policies which exempt Aboriginal Enterprises from the Open and Effective Competition policy, announced by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Minister for Finance on 9 November 2012 and in relation to these changes, for every agency under the jurisdiction of the Minister and for the period 9 November 2012 to 8 November 2013, I ask: (a) what was the name of each Aboriginal business contracted; (b) what services did the business provide to the agency; (c) what was the term of the contract; and (d) what was the total value of the contract to the Aboriginal business?
