Since 1 February 2001 the payments made by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet for EMS to Consultech Engineering Services Pty Ltd and Power Accounting Pty Ltd, which merged during 2006, totalled $460 652.01. It should be noted that this figure includes costs for EMS used by ALP members prior to the transition of systems.
