I refer to the
minister's answer on 11 March 2026 to my question without notice wherein he advised
that following any attempted escape, the department undertakes a security
assessment review and/or lessons learned review.
(1) How many escapes were attempted in
2025?
(2) How many security assessment reviews
were undertaken in 2025?
(3) How many lessons learned reviews were
undertaken in 2025?
