(1) The following Transperth train stations have taxi stands and / or cab spot signage located within the station precinct:
Midland, Guildford, Bayswater, Maddington, Cannington, Fremantle, Cottesloe, Claremont, Mandurah, Warnbro, Rockingham, Wellard, Kwinana, Cockburn Central, Murdoch, Bull Creek, Clarkson, Whitfords, Greenwood, Warwick and Stirling.
In addition taxi facilities are available at Perth station on City of Perth land, Joondalup station at the adjacent Lakeside Shopping Centre and at the Public Transport Centre in East Perth.
(2) The Public Transport Authority has had very few complaints from its passengers in relation to access to taxis at train stations given that taxi facilities are provided at most major stations located along the Kwinana and Mitchell Freeways, at Transwa rail and road coach stopping points and because most of the highly patronised stations on the Armadale, Fremantle and Midland lines are located close to shopping precincts where taxi facilities are readily available.
