MyCouncil—Website
715. Mr Jonathan Huston to the Minister for Local
Government:
I refer to the
importance of the MyCouncil website, an online tool for Western Australians to
transparently compare the performance and public finances of local governments.
(1) Why has the MyCouncil website not been updated
with data more recently than 2022–23, which is two complete years of no
data?
(2) Will the minister commit to updating the
MyCouncil website with the latest available data and, if so, when?

(1)–(2) I thank the member for the
question. Yes, I can commit to that because we are working on that right now.
The reason that it has not been updated is that all the reporting has changed
with the reforms, and we are waiting for that to get through the system.
The Speaker: That concludes question time.
