I refer to the line item “Pilbara Cities Strategic Infrastructure (Operating)” in Royalties for Regions in Budget Paper 3 , and I ask, noting that the line has $401.5m allocated over the forward estimates, can the Minister please provide a list of the projects, activities or grants funded by this money detailing for each: (a) a description of the activity or project/purpose for the grant; (b) the funding received for each of the 2012–2013 and 2013–2014 financial years; (c) the allocated funding for the current 2014–2015 financial year; and (d) the expected funding for each year of the forward estimates?
