The Wind Energy Corporation was a joint venture established in 2000 between Western Power Corporation and Enercon GmbH to develop wind projects in Western Australia. No projects have ever been built under this joint venture and as such there has been no expenditure under this joint venture during the time that Verve Energy has been in existence. The joint venture was deregistered in August 2011.
