I congratulate the Minister on their recent appointment as Minister for the Pilbara, and I ask: (a) how many times has the Minister travelled to the Pilbara since being appointed and which regional centres has the Minister travelled to; (b) in reference to (a), what was the purpose of that travel; (c) how many times has the Minister met with representatives from the Pilbara since being appointed; and (d) in reference to (c), who were those persons or representatives?

Since appointment, the Minister has travelled to the Pilbara on four occasions to meet with a range of representatives in the region. The Minister will also be attending the 2025 Pilbara Summit.
Representatives that the Minister has met with have included community organisations, industry groups, Aboriginal Corporations, and the Member for the Pilbara, Kevin Michel MLA.
The Minister has also visited the Pilbara numerous times over eight years in Government and in previous portfolios.
