WASTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOURCE RECOVERY LEVY ACT 2007 — AMENDMENTS
(1) When will the minister be introducing amendments to the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Act 2007? (2) Will the minister confirm the advice provided by the Western Australian Local Government Association that the proposed 300 per cent increase to the landfill levy is in fact an illegal move because the income is being directed to consolidated revenue rather than recycling initiatives?
