of land comprising the Preston River to ocean regional park are still privately
owned?
(2) Which parcels
of land comprising the Preston River to ocean regional park are still owned by
the City of Bunbury?
(3) Has the government agreed to a land swap
arrangement with the City of Bunbury in relation to this land?
(4) If no to (3),
what are the reasons for the delay in finalising a land swap arrangement and
what land is being considered for the land swap?
(5) Why has the government failed over the last eight
years to gazette the Preston River to ocean regional park?
