(b) what levels of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and E.Coli were present in the discharge;

(d) has any water quality monitoring been done following the discharge, and if so when was it done and what are the detailed results;
(e) on 4 September 2009, a written application was made to the Director General of the Department of Environment and Conservation for a permit to discharge. What approval was given for the discharge;
(f) when was this approval granted;
(g) was the approval notified by verbal or written communication;
(h) who granted the approval; and
(i) what was the process undertaken to approve or deny the application?

· The Gunn Road Gauging Station downstream of the discharge during the discharge event and for several months after the discharge event.
