(1) What is or was the period of employment of each of the following current and former employees of the Department of Health: Mr Glyn Palmer, Mr John De Campo, Mr John Burns, Mr Michael Moodie, Ms Prudence Ford, Mr Andrew Chuk, Mr Peter King, Dr Aaron Groves and Dr Peter Wynn Owen? (2) For what period did each of the above work as the chief executive director, director or chief officer of their respective offices? (3) What payments has each of these persons received either for the termination of their employment or as a result of shifting positions within the department? (4) Are further payments being considered; and, if so, to whom?
