I refer to the recently announced desalination plant for Karratha. (1) Was a business case developed for this project; and, if yes, will the minister table a copy? (2) If no to (1), on what basis was the project approved, and will the minister table the documents relating to the approval? (3) Was any analysis done regarding alternative water source options for the Pilbara; and, if yes, will the minister table them? (4) If no to (3), on what basis was the decision made?
