(1) Are any internal or external inquiries or reviews into such policies and practices current under way? (2) If yes, what form are these inquiries or reviews taking? (3) If no, are any such inquiries or reviews planned, and when are they planned to take place? (4) Are any public inquiries or reviews planned?
