I refer to the advice of the Minister for Finance given on Wednesday, 22 August 2012 regarding waste disposal and recycling facilities — common-use agreement 36309 (question 575, answer (5)), and I ask —
(1) Does the Department of Environment and Conservation hold the data on volumes and weight for public waste disposal units?
(2) If no to (1), who does holds this data?
(3) If yes to (1), how much of the waste collected under the common-use agreement 36309 is currently diverted from landfill?
