(1) (a) Many officers in the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) and other agencies are involved in or contribute to environmental approvals assessment. However, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Division of DEC is the area where staff are specifically employed full-time for that function, and the answer for that area is nil.
(b) Nil for the EIA Division of DEC.
(c) Nil for the EIA Division of DEC.
