Further question on notice No. 2037 of 2004 -
(1) As the Government does not intend to build the proposed Roe Highway Stage 8 through the Bibra Lakes wetland system, why has the Minister not moved to delete the highway reservation?
(2) Will the Minister state why only one exit option from the Marshalling Yards to the proposed Tonkin Highway on-ramp was used in the PER?
(3) Will the Minister state how many National/State significant conservation factors were found in the proposed Tonkin Highway on-ramp area?
(4) Will the Minister state how many regional significant conservation factors were found in the proposed Tonkin Highway on-ramp area?
(5) Will the Minister state how many local significant conservation factors were found in the proposed Tonkin Highway on-ramp area?
