I refer to renal dialysis services provided by Western Australian Country Health Service (WACHS), and I ask: (a) by facility, how many dialysis chairs were available in each of the following years: (i) 2019-20; (ii) 2020-21; (iii) 2021-22; and (iv) 2022-23; (b) does WACHS currently have any plans to expand access to community supported home dialysis rooms, and if so, please provide detail; (c) what was the number of persons waiting for renal dialysis, broken down by facility, as at the following dates: (i) 1 July 2023; (ii) 1 July 2022; and (iii) 1 July 2021; (d) for each of the years, by facility in (c), what was the average waiting time people waited to access renal dialysis; and (e) in relation to the Labor Government's promised $24 million renal dialysis centre in Halls Creek: (i) what funding has been allocated towards this project in the 2023-24 State Budget; (ii) when is this project expected to go to tender; (iii) what is the anticipated construction timeframe for this project; (iv) what is the total funding that has been spent on this project to date; and (v) does the Labor Government still intend to honour its election commitment and deliver this project?

(a)(i-iv) WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the provider of renal dialysis services at Albany, Geraldton, Carnarvon, Port Hedland and Kalgoorlie Health Campuses.
