construction in Lord Street, Caversham.
(1) Has a
procedure been established for notifying local schools and local residents in
the event of an unauthorised absence by a resident from the centre?
(2) If such a procedure has been established, what is the
procedure?

facility without approval to WA Police. Any further notifications will be led
by the police.
