representing the Minister for Health:
(1) Is there currently —
(i) a consultant orthopaedic surgeon;
and
(ii) an accredited orthopaedic
registrar
employed and practising at Albany
Health Campus during the week?
(2) Is there currently a locum consultant orthopaedic
surgeon employed at Albany Health Campus during the week?
(3) If no to (1) and/or (2), when
will these positions be filled?
(4) If no to
(1)(i) and/or (ii), what is the impact on patients scheduled for elective
orthopaedic surgery at Albany Health Campus?

(3) A permanent full-time orthopaedic surgeon has been
successfully recruited and is commencing in March 2025.
(4) There have been no cancellations
to elective lists.
