representing the Minister for Economic Diversification:
I refer to the media
statement from 9 November 2025 made by the Premier and the Minister for Energy
and Decarbonisation titled "Government projects to be built with green
steel that's Made in WA".
(1) What government projects are being,
or will be, built with green steel, and please list?
(2) What types of green steel will be
used in these projects—rebar, structural steel et cetera?
(3) How many tonnes of green steel will
be needed for each of the projects named in (1)?
(4) When will WA-made green steel be
available for use in these projects?

has been provided by the Minister for Economic Diversification.
(1)–(4) An expression of interest process has
been released inviting submissions from prospective green steel manufacturers.
