(1) Could the Premier detail whether, since 23 September 2008, the Hon George Cash has been:
(a) appointed to any State Government position (ie board, taskforce or committee);
(b) paid a salary as a staff member of any Ministerial Office or in a State Government public sector position; or
(c) received any State Government contract or consultancy?
(2) If yes to any part of (1), could the Premier detail the nature of the paid or unpaid position or positions to which the Hon George Cash was appointed, or the nature of the contract or consultancy?
(3) If yes to (1), on what date was the appointment made, or the contract or consultancy awarded?
(4) If yes to (1), what is the monetary value of any appointment, contract or consultancy made?
