I refer to the Corruption and Crime Commission “Report on the Matters of Serious Misconduct in the Shire of Exmouth” and ask: (a) have you had any conversations with the Minister for Police or the Attorney General regarding the need to consider the prosecution of Mr Bill Price and/or Mr Andrew Forte: (i) if yes to (a), what was the outcome of those discussions; and (ii) if no to (a), why not?

(a) No. At the conclusion of its investigation, the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) will form opinions and make recommendations. Any referrals to other agencies for further inquiry and/or prosecution is the responsibility of the CCC.
