(1)-(3) The Department of Housing and Works is aware that in 2005/06 the Wheatbelt Aboriginal Corporation (WAC) sold 12 dwellings. The Commonwealth and/or ATSIC funded the 12 dwellings and the Department of Housing and Works has not been a party to the transactions.
