ATTORNEY GENERAL — GIFTS AND TRAVEL —
HELICOPTER FLIGHT
574. Ms M.J. DAVIES to the Premier:
As the Premier is the minister
responsible for setting ministerial standards, I ask —
(1) Can the Premier outline his understanding of the
details of the Attorney General's helicopter flight, including who was on the flight and whether there was a return chopper flight?
(2) What
investigation did the Premier undertake to confirm that the total value of the
Attorney General's chopper flight complied with the members of
Parliament financial disclosure laws?

(1)–(2) I
know what I have heard publicly—that the Attorney General allegedly
attended a birthday party with a friend via
a mode of transport. That is what I understand. I think the other parts of the
member's question are irrelevant.
