the Minister for Health:

refer to the briefing on Canada's medical assistance in dying, given to
some members of Parliament on 7 May 2019 by Dr James Downar.
(1) Did the
minister attend the briefing?
(2) When was the
minister first made aware that Dr Downar would travel to Western Australia and
conduct a briefing?
(3) Further to
(2), who made the minister aware of this?
(4) Will the
minister table all documents received or created by him or his staff about Dr
Downar's visit to Western Australia?
(5) If no to (4),
will the minister undertake to comply with section 82 of the Financial
Management Act 2006?
