(a) the number of Freedom of Information applications received by the agency between 23 September 2008 and 10 August 2009;
(b) the names of the people or organisations that have submitted a Freedom of Information application between 23 September 2008 and 10 August 2009; and
(i) the date on which the application was received by the agency;
(c) between 23 September 2008 and 10 August 2009 how many Freedom of Information applications were finalised;
(d) as of 10 August 2009 how many Freedom of Information applications were outstanding;
(e) between 23 September 2008 and 10 August 2009 how many Freedom of Information Notices of Decision were appealed; and
(i) how many of those Freedom of Information Notices of Decision that were appealed were appealed successfully; and
(f) as of 10 August 2009 how many appeals against Freedom of Information Notices of Decision were awaiting determination?
