I refer to question on notice 603 in relation to a government-wide criteria for Made in Western Australia (WA), and the Minister's answer that, "The criteria is set out in the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy which applies to all State Agencies and all forms of procurement", and the Minister's answer to question on notice 742, in which I asked if the Minister could confirm that the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy contains no set minimum percentage of "local content" in order for a project to achieve "Made in WA" status, and asked for a percentage requirement, to which the Minister stated, "The Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy does not give a project Made in WA status", and I ask: (a) what gives a project "Made in WA" status; (b) how can a project's Made in WA status be independently verified by data, rather than purely relying on WA Government statements; (c) can the Minister table any data which gives a detailed breakdown of the manufacturing process of the C-series trains, and which itemises the WA local content spend; and (d) if no to (c), why not?
