I refer to each agency, department and Government Trading Enterprise (GTE) within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities, and I ask: (a) Does the agency, department or GTE use the services of the Media Monitoring Unit based at Dumas House; (b) Does the agency, department or GTE use media monitoring services other than those provided by the Media Monitoring Unit; (c) If yes to (b), which company or companies provides the media monitoring service; and (d) If yes to (b), what was the cost of the media monitoring service for the financial year 2014-15, and 2015 to date for each company?
