I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) The forward estimates include - (i) $6m; (ii) $11 850 000; and (iii) no budget in current forward estimates. In addition, substandard housing is sold throughout each year, with proceeds accredited to the staff accommodation trust fund. These funds are used for new housing and upgrades to existing housing and not to support general capital works. (2) For the period of 2001-04, six lots in Alma Street and South Terrace, Fremantle have been earmarked for sale, as well as portions of Murdoch super block; the former Bunbury Regional Hospital site, Blair Street; the former Hillview hospital site, East Victoria Park; the former Heathcote Hospital site; and the former Sunset Hospital site.
