I refer to a media statement published on the 29th of October 2019 titled "Perth's south to get 1,500 new homes in $350 million tri-part deal", specifically the commitment to deliver 600 lots across a 37.2 hectare site in Casuarina : (a) at what stage is this development at; (b) is the development site serviced by power and water infrastructure such that it is at the build-ready stage: (i) if yes, when will titles be able to be delivered; (c) will the development still provide the intended estimated 600 lots to market: (i) if yes, by when; (d) How many dwellings will be delivered as part of this project; (e) of the intended dwellings, how many will be private, social, and affordable tenures; (f) when will the first dwellings be under construction; (g) will the development be staged: (i) if yes, what are the timeframes of this staging; (h) what is the forecast completion date for all dwellings to be delivered; (i) what plans are there to develop associated community and commercial facilities to support the redevelopment: (i) what stage are these facilities at; (j) what is the total cost of the project to date; and (k) what is the anticipated total final cost of the project?

Casuarina is a potential greenfield development site in Perth’s southeastern corridor, with up to 584 lots expected over the long term.
This project forms part of a broader suite of long-term residential estate developments, referred to as Project Green. This includes Treeby, which has been delivered with 320 lots and Mahala at Forrestdale which is under development comprising of 550 lots.
The Casuarina site is the most complex, noting that it is largely populated with significant vegetation and local fauna.
Social housing will be provisioned for within the estate.
As is standard industry practice, lots will be released in stages and announcements of these releases will be made in due course.
Purchasers set construction timeframes, built form design and occupation in line with development conditions.
The Local Government Authority (LGA) is responsible for the planning and development of community facilities.
