I refer to my question asked on 14 August 2024 regarding the Law Reform Commission of Western Australia's Final Report on Project 100, and I ask: (a) how many of the recommendations made in this Final Report remain to be implemented; and (b) which of these remaining recommendations do you intend to implement?

(a) Of the recommendations under the responsibility of the Department of Justice, 78 are yet to be fully implemented.
(b) A significant number of the remaining recommendations relate to legislative change. The drafting of Bills and their introduction to Parliament is a decision of Cabinet and is Cabinet-in-Confidence. The recommendations that are not legislative in nature are continuing to be considered and where possible, implemented.
