As at 4 May 2005 (1) 28 permanent positions were unfilled [this figure excludes Ministerial Office positions classified at Level 6 and above to which permanent appointments cannot be made pursuant to Section 75(2)(a) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and Regulation 13 of the Public Sector Management (General) Regulations 1994 ]. (2) 6 (3) A new electronic human resource system was installed in June 2003 and it is not possible to provide information for this question prior to that date.
