I refer to the Criminal Code Amendment (Prevention of Lawful
Activity) Bill 2015 and the working group formed to address the protest
strategy of lock-ons.
(1) When was the working group formed?
(2) Who were the members of the working group?
(3) Who initiated the formation of the working group?
(4) How often did the working group meet?
(5) Will the
minister list all organisations and individuals outside the public sector
consulted by the working group?

member for some notice of this question. The minister advises —

Although meetings to discuss this matter have occurred from time to time, I am
not aware of any such working group.
