c) $9110.69 (including GST)

Landcorp

a) Media Monitors.
b) The average cost of the service
per month
is $2400.00 ex GST. Please note that this cost includes the cost of copyright and does not include variable charges such as audio, video and transcript orders. The cost can vary month to month dependent on the volume of coverage provided. The fixed costs per month are the Monitoring Retainer fee of $539.00 and Web Hosting fee of $293.85.
c) Since the beginning of October 2008, LandCorp have been invoiced for the amount of $20,483.72 including GST.
d) The service commenced in 2002 and has been renewed on an annual basis since commencement.
e) Services commenced with Media Monitors on 1 January 2002.
Landgate

b) There is no contract. The business arrangement is via an Annual Standing Purchase Order (ASPO).
c) Expenditure for media monitoring from September 2008 to March 2009 is $9878.88.
d) No contract - ASPO.

b) The cost is not based on a set amount and is dependent on the number of clippings provided to the agency on a monthly basis.
