representing the Minister for Water:
(1) Which
departments and/or agencies have management responsibilities for Lake Kepwari
and the south branch of Collie River?
(2) What is the
current management plan between the state government and Premier Coal in
relation to Lake Kepwari and the south branch of Collie River?
(3) What
licences, conditions and other agreements are current between the state
government and Premier Coal in relation to Lake Kepwari and the south branch of
Collie River?
(4) What plans
have been developed between the state government and Premier Coal in relation
to managing river flows, water direction, the replenishment of downstream pools
and recreational use in relation to Lake Kepwari and the south branch of Collie
River?
(5) Which
elements of any current management plans are the responsibility of the state
government, and which are the responsibility of Premier Coal?
