Armadale - 67
Cannington - 31
Crisis Care - 168
East Kimberley - 17
Fremantle - 37

Great Southern - 42
Joondalup - 69
Midland - 40
Mirrabooka - 27
Murchison - 24
Peel - 38
Perth - 36
Pilbara - 25

Of these notifications, 528 were mandated reports:
Doctor - 75
Midwife - 5
