Given that the issue of poor mobile phone reception in Treeby has been a significant concern for residents since at least 2017, I ask: (a) what specific steps has the Minister taken to improve mobile coverage in Treeby; (b) when can residents and businesses in Treeby expect to see noticeable improvements in their mobile phone reception; (c) are there plans to install more than the one Telstra tower or to upgrade existing infrastructure in the Treeby area; (d) has the department conducted any recent assessments of mobile coverage quality in Treeby: (i) if yes to (d), what were the findings; (e) are other mobile carriers besides Telstra also planning to enhance their network coverage in Treeby; (f) how is the Government working with telecommunications companies to address mobile reception issues in rapidly growing suburban areas like Treeby; (g) is the Government considering any initiatives or incentives to accelerate improvements to mobile infrastructure in areas like Treeby with coverage gaps; (h) how does the planned mobile coverage improvement in Treeby align with broader telecommunications infrastructure plans for the City of Cockburn; and (i) what channels are available for Treeby residents to report ongoing mobile reception issues and track progress on improvements?
