I refer to the Labor election to commit $750,000 to the Bunbury Speedway which was put into the May budget, and I ask: (a) what will this money be spent on; (b) was the money promised for a particular purpose; (c) if yes to (b), what was that purpose; (d) who is the proponent or proposed recipient; (e) has a business case been developed for the expenditure; (f) what planning and preparation has been conducted to prepare for this expenditure; (g) has the money been allocated, and has it been sent to the recipient; (h) if no to (g), when is it expected to be sent; (i) was a business case or costed proposal presented by the proponent or Government before the election; (j) if yes to (i), please provide copies; and (k) how will the Government measure the success of the expenditure?

(a)-(k) The 2025 election commitment was made to the Bunbury Car Club Inc. and will go towards upgrades to the canteen and toilets, accessibility improvements, track refurbishment and drainage work at the Bunbury Speedway.
