Insofar as the Public Transport Authority is concerned:
(a) The workshop program was a team building exercise for the MAX Light Rail project team.
(b) Four sessions were held which were typically up to 2 hours in duration.
(c) Team building activities which promoted team alignment and cohesive participation across the entire project team.
(d) The entire project team which included staff from various agencies and local consultancies.
(e) A more focused team which had better integration and improved communication.
(f) $3 080 excluding GST.
