(a) – (b) Government agencies that require Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH) for regional employees submit annual requests to the Department of Communities outlining anticipated annual need. The GROH program also accommodates the fluid nature of staff movement and the consequential effect on accommodation needs, by accepting ad hoc requests for GROH properties throughout the year.
As the GROH requirements of agencies continually change to reflect local demand, agencies generally do not undertake future demand projections beyond the next year.
