1 Telstra’s reporting service used to provide call statistics for four years which includes the current year. An upgrade to the application in June 2015 resulted in all pre-existing data being archived. The archive data can be retrieved, however, may take some time due to the complexity of reinstating the data.
2 Available data date range is limited to 1 July to 31 December 2015.
