On behalf of the Minister for Education and Training, I provide the following response - (1) The 2005-06 annual report for the Department of Education and Training was tabled in Parliament on 7 December 2006 in the Legislative Council, and on 12 December 2006 in the Legislative Assembly. (2) The draft financial statements were submitted to the Office of the Auditor General on 13 September 2006. (3) The Department of Education and Training’s performance indicators were presented to the Auditor General on 3 October 2006. (4) The Auditor General returned the audited 2005-06 financial statements and the Auditor General’s opinion to the Department of Education and Training on 30 November 2006.
