(1) Is the Minister aware of Mr Grill's assertion in evidence heard by the CCC that the Premier had already directed former Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Sheila McHale to overrule the expected unfavourable decision of her own Aboriginal advisory committee (the ACMC) on the Abydos Woodstock site, a month before the ACMC had received heritage documentation for the site about which they were to deliberate?
